I really like your noting of letting love for others take the life out of you...I fail at this as well in so many ways and while I attempt to be selfless I still find myself, in so many minute ways, being selfish. Like you, I want to be succeptible to the giving of love that is extraordinary...the giving of love that has no boundaries, schedules or hidden expectations.
